How should I prepare?

Wear loose, comfortable clothes that are easy to roll up to your elbows and knees.
Bring a list of your current medications and any supplements and vitamins you’re taking.
Within 2-3 hours of your appointment avoid caffeine and eat a light snack.
Do not wear perfume or scented lotions as some people are allergic to these fragrances.

Will my insurance cover acupuncture?

Central Oklahoma Acupuncture does not accept insurance.  We can gladly give you a receipt after payment so that you can file with your carrier for direct reimbursement.  As insurance coverage varies from state to state, contact your insurance provider to learn what kind of care is covered. How much does it cost?

You decide what you can pay on a fee range of $15-$40  per treatment with an additional $10 first time appointment fee.  Income verification is not required.

Affordable fees are meant to separate the issues of money and receiving treatment.  The goal is to receive enough treatments to get better and stay better.  Acupuncture does not have to be expensive
